Management team

Ryan Jay, CEO

Ryan is responsible for all aspects of Paisley Recommerce’s global business. With extensive experience in global sales, reverse logistics, and operations, he leads Paisley’s procurement and sales.

Ryan has traveled extensively to over 45 countries working hands-on to develop Paisley’s formal and informal markets. His relentless passion and clear vision are integral in driving Paisley forward into the next generation. Ryan is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill.

Gray King, President

Gray oversees all digital, service, and direct to consumer aspects of Paisley Recommerce. Gray brings 10 years of experience with The TJX Companies to Paisley, where he served as an executive in merchandising and store operations for TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Prior, he owned and operated The Virginia Company, a multi-channel specialty food and wine company. Gray has a psychology degree from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Boston College.

Brad King, CTO

Brad is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of technology for the Paisley recommerce platform. He was one of the founding engineers for ChannelAdvisor (ECOM), solving the problems of creating a multi-tenant SAAS platform at scale. Most recently he researched and developed cloud based Air Traffic Management software for NASA and FAA government projects at Mosaic ATM, Inc.

Kevin Styers, VP of Product

Kevin is responsible for Paisley’s technology stack and its interaction with Paisley’s associates and customers. Kevin’s experience spans the entire product life cycle across a variety of organizations including Manhattan Associates, ChannelAdvisor, eBay, RetailMeNot, and ShopKeep. Kevin has an engineering degree from North Carolina State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Jill Gretter, VP of Operations

Jill recently joined the team to expand Paisley’s services business and operational footprint. Before becoming Paisley’s VP of Operations, Jill served as COO for Elovations Services Group where she designed, built, and managed a complicated array of supply chains. Jill has also led fulfillment services for Groupon and Pitney Bowes. She brings a deep knowledge of automation and technology, as well as the people that make businesses like Paisley a reality. Jill is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago.

Grant Yoder, VP of Business Development

Grant is responsible for all sales efforts and partner support, which includes business development and strategic partnerships. He is an experienced eCommerce and logistics leader with over 20 years of experience providing technology solutions to retailers and brands such as Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon, Sam's Club, Jet, Target, Under Armour, Staples, Lowe's and many more. Grant holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University.

Jonathan Hose, Chief Architect

Jonathan develops and manages all of Paisley’s internal software in addition to our external partner and customer integrations. Additionally, Jonathan leads Paisley’s technology R&D to further advance our platforms and automation efforts. His experience as a Product Manager for Grover Gaming and his time serving as CTO for a mobile app development company have been critical in advancing Paisley’s technology.
